Study on Internal Migration: IPA (February 2018-April 2018)

Worked as a Research Analyst under principal investigator Professor Mushfiq Mobarak, Ph.D. of Yale University in a project on migration which is called “No lean season”. The project was conducted by Yale University, IPA, Evidence Action and RDRS, Bangladesh. I assisted the principal investigators to conduct 5 comprehensive surveys on general household characteristics, intimate partner violence, community pricing and employers of migrated laborers at origin and destination among 5200+ respondents with CAPI, managed the field works of a team consisting 50+ people and was responsible for cleaning and managing the primary data using Stata and Microsoft Excel.
